Dear Team,

I have been using my Airtel Sim from last 4.5 year but from last year I have not received the signal at my home in that case I had connected with the customer care team  and they  arranged the technical person visit at home and he personally checked out the network is not coming and that technical himself says  that it is big problem.

As I was paying uncesserily amount to Airtel and after two months again I called to customer care and again mentioned the whole story and said we are going to waive of your charges. as I have been told that you are valuable customer till the time network is not coming proper you have to pay only 349 in which 299 was base price pack and last month I have checked my bill is close to rs Rs 700 and again I called to customer care and clearly told I dont want your services and please send me the port information and I had received the portal details I was just reading the message and I received the call from one guy may be Saurabh and he assured me to give the 4 days time don’t share this number with anyone else but after two weeks no response from the team and again i have called to cutomer care number now today is 5 sept 2019 again no resolution has made yet.

I have already paid some Rs 300 + amount but I will not pay anything rest of Rs 234 amount since without knowing me you have charged and changed my plan to 299 to 549.

Airtel customer care employees are insane one who has given the portal details he was very rude and second who stopped me to change the portal that guy was irresponsible since he gave me the 4 days time but no clues.

We don’t  sit here and have no time to call you and write long emails.  I would call this harassment . 1  I have not been receiving the network though I am living at the top floor. 2. I have been stopped to portal and not given any solution yet.

I don’t want to pay the rest of the amount I am going to consumer court related to harassment. Even my friends called me up if my number is not reachable they himself knows that you are at home.  This is airtel.
