i was put request on airtel customer care about call drop and no sound during phone calls several times

…..they was taken our request and get it closed without resolving the issue

….recently i was loadged the complaint regarding the above isssue on 24th july 2018 and todays 14th august 2018 …but still not a single person was contact to me for the resolution of the issue

………………….and the noticeable part is that that my home location was hardly 1 kms far from airtel tower despite of it i am suffering ..its totally a call of neg lance of the customers
