I am using airtel from last 3 years my Mobile number is 9790028722

i am facing network issues from last 6 months and complaining by frequently visiting airtel store and their customer care call center.

they suggest me to convert from prepaid to postpaid connection to fix the issue. From last 2 months I am paying almost 2000 per month and didn’t recurved any resolutions from them.

now I requested to close the connection and refund my money but they are saying there is no option to refund the money also no updates on the network issues. Please help me,  these guys are just looting customers in the name of platinum airtel membership and giving nothing in return.

currently I have 6 airtel postpaid connections, 3 prepaid connections and 1 airtel digital tv on my name. But they are not proving any solution.

please help
