Hii Airtel Team,
Recently am experiencing very poor internet connection though I am having enough Data ( 1.3 G.B Daily data left for 42 days) balance in my Account. One webpage( Google Homepage)is taking approximately 3 minutes to open in my mobile. My handset ( Samsung Galaxy ) is quite advanced with 4G Dual standby + 8 GB RAM+ 128 GB Internal memory. I must say, by day Airtel Network coverage is detoriating in Kolkata Circle,whereas Reliance Jio is offering superb Network coverage. I have experienced that even most of the times in my same handset. Through Airtel thanks app several times I have provided feedback regarding poor internet services in my handset but as of now no resolutions has been provided. Even now calls are started getting dropped . Senior management intervention is required on the same .
