Respected Sir/Madam,

I’m raising the complaint on Airtel for irresponsible customer service, I’m am experiencing issues with network from 2 years and have raised multiple complaints to Airtel to look into the issue.

I have never received a proper answer from customer care team. All I hear is they are working and resolving the issue. I was being very very patient these years but they are not resolving the network issues.

I paid the bills even when the services were not utilized due to network issue, after raising many complaints I refused to pay the bills they generated on my number.

I even informed the services shouldn’t be stopped due to Airtel fault. However, Airtel is more concerned on taking the payment from me. They never acknowledged what I was and I’m referring to, their focus is only on payment.

Earlier, they said their is a issue from my end and shared few troubleshooting steps. I had even tried the steps provided and lastly found the issue was with network.

I purchased another mobile to confirm if it’s a issue at my end after running the diagnostics from Airtel App it clearly said network issue, I shared them the screen shots of the App as well. When I check the tickets I see them as closed.

Now at around 3 Am of 16/02/2020, I contacted customer care and as soon as call connects they directly informed, the application and server is down.

Despite of reminding them the services should not be deactivated, they deactivated my number and now I’m not receiving calls or messages nor able to make calls.

It will be resumed only when I pay the bill. I questioned them why to pay bill when no services was provided, there is no answer.

I’m totally exhausted calling customer care and repeating the same issue, they don’t even keep the notes at their end and check why customer has called for.

I am sharing the screen shot of the current status of the signal bars. I’m am using my WiFi because of this issue. To day I have a number but can’t use the data, the data balance is more than 200GB.

Because of Airtel issue, I am in total loss, I had to purchase a new phone which cost me 15000/-, Broadband connection of 3300/- and total loss of paying the previous bills.

Afterm attempts, my 2 or 3 bills were waived off when I informed no call were in or out. I work From home and need to contact my colleagues at Office. Due to the network issue I cannot. Now I’m going to office and working.

Earlier in January they said they are working on the issue and took time for a month stating it will be resolved by February 24, 2020, the recent mail came in was it will be resolved by February 28/2020.

It is very inconvenient to always lock my house and go outside a block away from home and make it receive calls.

Request to please help me, I’m only going around in circles with Airtel. Please help.
