Text of Complaint by RANVIR JAWAHAR THAKUR:

I am facing network issues both indoor and outdoor at my billing address from past 10 years. 624 Prasad bibwe nagar bibwewadi pune 411037 for my 3 numbers 9657212212, 9860303708 and 9096781088. Request you to please help on this matter asap. FYI. I AM ABOUT TO LOSE MY JOB JUST BECAUSE OF POOR NETWORK, NOT ABLE TO DO WORK FROM HOME.

Recharge VALIDITY issue is for number 9096781088 every time I recharge from Airtel app for rupees 100 it shows VALIDITY NA I believe it’s not applicable but after recharge it shows 28 days VALIDITY. Why you guys are cheating on this I don’t understand. After 28 days bydefault amount gets deducted from the account.
