Hi,
I have been facing network issues for past one month and I have raised a complaint thru my Airtel app, but it’s been more than 2 weeks the issue has been resolved.. and I have received a message from Airtel team that, they couldn’t reach me ,pls contact 121. If I call 121 there is no proper response.. I really don’t know for what am paying bill every month when my issue is not been resolved and there is no timeline to fix the issue. TOTALLY UNSATISFIED
