Level 1 – Reminder

Dear Sir/madam,

It is with great sorrow that I am writing this to make a formal complaint against Airtel Mobile Network Department. I am an existing customer of Bharti Airtel since last 2-3 years, Mobile No. 99789 64443 and recently I have experienced severe problems while paying my bill for the month of July 21 and Surfing issues while using email app and other applications.

It’s so pathetic internet service provider by you since last 6 to 8 months and every times I make a complaint for network issues but without any resolution your team closed my all network complaints request and for the payment reminders you are sending number of reminder before due date 15 days than why you are not give best internet service.

If you cannot ensure customer service, I will have to move to a different provider. Since I cannot assure that I will be able to access my email with your given service, please call me at 9978964443

Level – 2 Reminder,

Without any service resolution your team closed my service request.

I received SR message on Dt.02/09/2021 and I received Resolution’s message on Dt.09/09/2021

In this 7 days, i have not received any single call from your team end.
Means you are waiting for 7 days to close the SR message, what a outstanding annoyance service.

I’m very displeasure with your pathetic service and now you are also charged extra Rs.100/- on my Monthly Bill.
