Dear Sir,
With reference to my 9837374228 I was having 499 plan for long with network issues. I was about to port to other operators when somebody from airtel called and offered me to take airtel one india plan and and told me I will get 40mbps network speed in my area and there will be no network issues of mobile data netwirk, no buffering etc. But after I availed this plan of 1499 I ended up getting 16mps with poorest network and customer care executives  like Abhigyan Mishra, Princey Rajput , Monika Sharma and tgeir team are fooling around with the pretext of escalating my case to airtel. When I followedup I am told nothing was done. I never i.agined in the wildest of dreams that airtel will dedict rent without giving any sort of service assured. This is simple case of misleading customer and cheating with them. If you want customer to be with you give right committment , replace customer care officers with efficient and reliable candidates.
Airtel is not only doing it with me , if you visit sicial media you can find how thry sre trying retain customers by cheap publicity and misinformation in the quest to become market leader
Request Trai officers to look and take preventive action  so that operators like airtel cannot undertake inethical way and  resort to making false commitment to customers compelling customers to upgrade plan on the oretext of offering good network services
Request urgent solution at earliest so that I donot have to pay for the services which I am not offered or received till date.
