Text of Complaint by VIKAS MISHRA:

Dear sir,

I am using Airtel postpaid connection and I am facing problem of internet connectivity since 3 months and I had raised complaint via, mails, customer care executive, airtel thanks app etc. But every time they had committed to resolve my issue but till date it has been yet not resolved.

I had mailed Airtel team that if my issues will not get resolved I will not pay my due amount but unfortunately Airtel team had debarred my outgoing calls so I was forced to pay  my dues.

Now the new bill is generated and airtel team is added late fee charge and I am again mailed if this time my network issues is not get resolved I will not pay but the Airtel team is not replying my and which I asked.

I am requesting you to kindly intervene in this matter and arrange to resolve my issues. I am facing so much harassment from Airtel side.
