I have been facing network issue for close to 3 months now. I raised a ticket, but airtel has been fooling me around with false updates. I was being assured that issue will be resolved. When issue wasn’t resolved for 2 months, i escalated it to nodal office. It took one month for even their nodal team to revert back and inform in negative. And my billing continued all way long.
Airtel is getting into a mode of cheating its customers by making false promises and keep milking their customers.
