Its been more than 1 month I have been calling the customer care regarding the network issue of my number and I have raised 3 complaints in the span of 1 month and you know none of the request numbers are registered it seems and visible to the supervisor. Every time when I call the customer care, they have a Universal answer which is ‘Please wait for some time’, even if you call after 1 month, they will have the same answer .
I am unable to place the call, nor receive a call and even mgs too. This is seriously hectic and stupid , Please help me to solve this issue as earliest as possible
