Hello,
I am writing this in a very great frustration to make you aware of the network issue that started just few months back. It was never ever an issue until then and was fully satisfied. I don’t know what happened suddenly which made the network worst at the same location. I have to always remain connected with my home wifi and once that gets disconnected, I don’t even receive or make calls or neither use internet. I even raised a complaint with Airtel on their app back in August but don’t see any progress at all.

I raised a new complaint today in the hopes that this may get noticed and an appropriate action is taken.
