Hi Team,
My name is Sreekara S Joshi, I have been an Airtel customer since 2010, I have network issues in my area, I have raised a complaint on 27th Aug 2020 and SR# 31-3355418023556, that unable to receive or make a call , resolution time given was 4th Sept 2020, not yet resolved, again I raised 2nd complaint on 12th Sept 2020, SR# 31-3373418153060 for both complaint I have not received any updates or any resolution when I call to check the status customer care executive says “your ticket is in Open status, will solve it soon”
Till now not a single technician visited this place to analyze the situation, if I pay the bill 1 day late they add “late fees charges as 100 Rs, I need solutions for this and also need compensation for this delay
