Dear Sir,
I have purchased Airtel 6 months advance plan for my 9665277791 number in Pune and used one month successfully. Later I got transfer to Latur and in place where I stay in Latur has no airtel network. My first complaint was on 28th May 2018 and till today (29 Jun 2018), I had more than 20 times complaints through email and phone calls.
Every time Airtel take the complaints but no action has been taken from air-tel. After lot of frustration, now I have raised the complaint to disconnect my airtel number and provide me the refund. But Airtel refused to provide me the refund. Neigther they provide the network nor the refund.
Please take the appropriate action action against Airtel and provide my loss. I have lossed more than one lakh rupee so far in my business since my first compliant logged on 28th May 2018.
Please file a case against Airtel to refund my loss.
