I bought airtel one pan connection which has two postpaid numbers and one dth connection.
From the first week I am facing issue.
I raised complaint to customer care on 19th August, every 15 days they will close complaint without proper resolution and again i have to raise new complaint.
Every time they are saying in 48 hours complaint will be resolved, its around two months still complaint not resolved.
Without providing proper service they are forcing us to pay bill to continue connection also not allowing us o ort to another network
