Dear team,
I having 3 contact numbers and 2 DTH from airtel in my family.
Mobile number are as below.

As my concern is the network and internet issue in all those numbers.
We all are not able to make calls / receive calls in my home.
Very tough to survive without calls and internet in this era.
Also we are not able to use internet in my home.
I intimated in airtel customer care and registered my complain along with complaint number CQUKI3WST20210822546238 and i got the confirmation that my problem is solved within 28th August but till date and time i we all are facing problem to make and receive the calls and internet connection.
Over and above airtel team was closing my complain without any solution to reduce the complaint ratio oversight and out of my knowledge.
I didn’t got any call to take a feedback from Airtel team.
That is biggest concern for quality purpose.
Expecting prompt action in this regard from the grievance.
