Dear sir
From last 1 year I am facing the network issue. I have complain several time but they close my complain stating it has been address and resolved..but I don’t get any call or nobody come ..
From last 4 to 5 month every month I used to go to sahakarnagar airtel store.. but nothing is done. I have stopped the payment from last 4 to 5 month ..when they call for bill than I say my problem .
After there assurance I pay the bill but nothing is done ..now I am getting the automated call and mail for bill payment..my airtel net is so go that I cant do online payment and I don’t want to use other providers to make the Airtel payment .
They are charging me for 4G and giving me a 2G service or sometime worst than that.
1- why I should pay them …I have given them 1 year time..
