Airtel customer care services don’t works. There are no people in the customer care to look after their customers and there is no internet access or if there is then in 5 g you get 2 g speed. They don’t even properly takr customers seriously. Airtel charged me to register a complaint when their connection didn’t work and they were at fault. Airtel took the numbers in special number list and then whenever customer calls they have to give an enormous amount of money for that. Fraudsters and utterly ridiculous company. We choose airtel wifi on top of jio. Even jio services are bad but not as that of Airtel. Airtel don’t take their customers seriously now
