Before i ported to airtel i was using Vodafone. i thought and also heard airtel have good data speed (volte), so i ported all my number to airtel. after i start using the airtel, i observed that airtel is more poor speed compare to other service provider. i made many complaints for network via email with screenshots but every times i received system generated mail nobody bothers about that. i also made complaint on IVR with complaint number but every time after some days they closed my complaint without any resolutions and intimations. i have airtel family postpaid plan and every month i am paying more then Rs. 1000. kindly take the action for the same.
