Hi, with reference to your Service Request No. 31-3609560226845 related to Network Complaint, we are sorry that it is taking us more time than expected. The above complaint was registered in April,21 on poor network on Airtel. However the same has not been resolved yet inspite of several follow ups with local Airtel office. Must say a very pathetic service from Airtel. We have 3 Airtel numbers and all 3 are facing network issue where we are not able to receive calls.
