After being a loyal customer for the past 20 years Airtel has not really made any efforts whatsoever in resolving customer complaints and network connectivity issues at my location where your competitors have really made huge progress to reach every single customer. It is important to note that this issue is not an isolated one, infact almost all Airtel customers within the 10 KM radius face the same issue.

It has been more than 5 years since I made my first complaint on network connectivity (both call and internet) and also made several complaints in the following years thereafter but in vain.

There is no Airtel tower within the 4 km radius whereas the competitor has installed its tower within the 1 km radius a few years back and this has further reduced the Airtel network visibility.

However, there was no effort made by Airtel to improve the connection and all the complaints were closed in the last 5 years stating that Airtel has taken my feedback and will work on to improve the network connectivity soon in the near future which never happened.

Please please please help.
