Need to raise a complain about Airtel network issue. As the customer care 121 Ivr is not of any help and also the app is so useless, whenever we wish to raise a complain there is few steps that needs to to done for eg checking the network and the area and then a pop up appears saying proceed after clicking that other dialogue box appear stating the complain can be submitted please click on submit but when you try to do that a sudden pop up appears saying click option but the irony there is no further option to click. Are they making the consumers fools. Such an idiotic app maker, Airtel is the worst network, thought it might provide a better customer service but I think I need to switch asap.
