1. I m airtel customer since 1years and in my family there are more than 8 customers of airtel ,I reside in 479/296 krishna Nagar kydganj prayagraj, in my locality when electricity goes off internet stops working regarding this I had made complaint to airtel customer care several times, all the user of airtel in this area face same issue after electricity gets off, since 3-4 years many persons had complained but no action has been taken yet they always aay they will resolve this in 10 days but nothing had done.

Many a time our daily data get waste.

Because it not work due none availability of electricity it is violation of our fundamental right if we are paying for monthly recharge we should get no interrupted data 24 hrs.

Kindly take strict action against this.
