I am fed up from the airtel internet connection. From a week i regularly try to connect with airtel customer care but every time they said that we are here to help you, submit you complaints on airtel thanks app, I follow the procedure and they just replied thanks to connect us ;but as usual i am wasting my time. I am irritated when intenet speed is 2g at the cost of 4g internet pack . I attend online classes due to Covid -19 but the network connection always shows the issues which create disturbance.Eventhough, i registered my complaint through mails but the situation is as it is. During my last recharge i suffered from the same problem then, i decided to port my sim to idea network ; then, airtel send a message to enjoy 4g network in my hometown, i thought it may be better this time. Now, I have no option except you . Kindly submit my complaint and give me justice .
