I have raised couple of Network issue complaints to Airtel since last two years. I don’t see any improvement in the coverage so far. I have been following up with them but no use yet. I am one of their customer who pays their bills regularly. Since I got frustrated with the service they are providing, I stopped paying the bills as I don’t want paying them continually for their worst service. Now, they have disconnected my connection instead of improving their service.
It appears to me that no matter what but the customer has to pay them continually otherwise they take advantage of disconnecting ?
