Hi Team,
Since more than 2 years I’m calling Airtel customer care for No Network at my place. I have 3 connection in my home for Airtel but no network , we have keep our mobile phone near window to get the network and that to not a strong network. Whenever i call to complaint they say there is new tower which is been build near your area and according to us you have very strong network, this is happening since more that 2-3 years now. The only reason i have been using Airtel is because outside the network is good as compare to other service provider. But then i need to have same network quality at my place as well every month we pay huge amount of bill and service we get is ZERO. I would request you to please look in to this matter. Other service provider have good network in my home except Airtel. I have tried every possible thing suggested by executive to improve the network but still no go.
