Past 18 months ( From April 2020) we are working from home, on that I raise a complaint Airtel on April 2020 I have written Through PG portal also Airtel is very neglecting on customer complaints, every time they are asking with 48 hours it will resolve and will update through SMS, then issue is not resolved. And same issue call not connecting no internet. Here we need to install new tower then only we do our Job perfectly, here sharing tower nearby my Native place keelapudi pichatur Chittoor Dist AP
