hi my name is Harsha I’m using airtel network from last 6 years I think. and two days ago I just wonder airtel SMS notified me your data 100 % consumed actually my data plan is 1.5 GB per day but I dint consumed that much of data in my life before I checked my data consumption in my phone it showed 613mb data consumed today and I immediately called to the customer care and asked about this issue but those guys are totally nonsense and I’m asking clearly about this matter but they are saying the same thing like pre-recorded robots again I just disconnect my call and next day I didn’t use my data I just turned off the data for whole day evening around 8 pm I surprised SMS popped my 50% data consumed without my notice even my data turned off its a miracle again I called customer care and again same fools are started to the story and told me, sir, you consumed the data our system is not lying you are lying and my phone also lying so I want the justice about this type of frauds and I believe law is not sleeping
