Its been 4 years since I raised concerns about the connectivity and still it is not addressed. To make things worse even to have phone conversation I need to run to the road.
Its very disappointing that whatever requests and complaints I raised has been closed without any resolution. I have shared so many images of network failure and only response I get is a default template.
This has been a disgusting service and work of its kind. I work in 3:30 AM shift and when I get call from cab because of network failure I often miss the cab and I am required to travel on own costing me atleast 500 every time. So they are also causing monetary impact.
