The email is with regards to the Network & Data issue.
There is network & data issues facing for from many months. I have called customer care and complaints have been raised. Unfortunately none of the given complaints are closed and no updates. The complaints are raised months back and still no action is been taken. I am facing lot of issues that I had bought up like call drops, mobile network & data issues. I always get emergency call only most of the time and get as not reachable message.
Internet data is having issues. I am in 4G plan when I switch to 4G network the network band that I have is only mark, then I won’t get the speed. It shows as 4G but speed is less than 2G I believe, browser keeps rotating later error pops up as no internet. Such an embarrassing situation, needless to say I use iPhone X. As advised by Airtel customer executive I have changed the SIM also but as usual NO USE. I need to change to 3G mode in the handset to get the network, where situation is no different. Repeated complaints were given to customer care. Till date I don’t see any kind of responses or call back to all these issues. Only one answer I get is our network team is working and they suggest me to port the number if I wish.
Airtel ad they are the fastest network I suggest please change to lowest & worst network, I really don’t see any strive to serve. At least try to inform us that issues couldn’t be solved, we may thing for other alternatives available in the market. I don’t want to waste my hard earned money just paying bills for which I don’t use. I am using both numbers from 12 yrs and if you fell you cannot resolve issues facing then please let me know I will need to decide later.
