I am presently staying at kalimpong (WB) & many time I complain airtel customer care about network and data issues but no action taken by airtel, always saying that work in progress and will resolve your problem within 48 hrs, however no action till date. Where is I am facing this problem from last six months. Please do any needful action against me.
Secondly customer care not responding me.
