We introduce ourselves as a First Man Management Services (p) Ltd (Security and Manpower Solutions) running with 3000 employees all over PAN INDIA.
This complaint is about Airtel Network Connectivity and Airtel Consolidation of Bills.
This is for your kind information that after several reminders and trail mails nobody has turned up and given a proper response, so that our management decided to change the service provider.
Since I am a Sr. System Administrator handling all servers, systems and IT related… I don’t want to quit your service.
One of your field rep have visited our office and checked the Network Feasibility and ask us to mail for Air tel Signal Booster for this area. This was done on 10th of September.
After several mails and reminders there is no response. Today morning again we mailed and given the contact numbers to call us but we received mail stating that we didn’t picked up the call after multiple attempts.
This is very unfair.
