Hi Team,

I am facing issue since 7-July and later escalated issue with higher level, buts issue still exists and not getting resolution. find below mail-trial on the same:

Thanks for contacting me, again there are difference between what we discussed over call and what is mentioned in mail. After many 24/48/72 hrs resolution time commitment, today you told me to give next 48 hours and this will be resolved by Monday (18-Jul-2018) evening and on Tuesday (19-Jul-2018), there will be no issue everything will get resolve.
Now, in you below mail, it is stated 72 hrs.
I don’t understand, what is going on and how it is possible that the issue which was not resolved since last 10 day, it will get resolve on Monday (18-Jul-2018) evening – Amazing and surprising.
Please mark it with 48 hours and give resolution to me.

After following up with your team since last 5 days, I am not getting any resolution and your team members are also not behaving properly. They are not attending the issue on seniors are also behaving like unprofessional like – Varun – Team Lead – Network team. However, just to inform you that, I have changed my Bill Plan 2 days back and since then, my Internet is not working properly, it’s very slow, speed is around 3-5 Kb/s only.
I have raised this concern and changed my SIM as well, I have also checked on other mobile device too, but still same issue.
I have 3 postpaid and 3-4 prepaid connection with Airte, out of them, 3 postpaid connection are in 799 plan and due to this issue, I am not able to do anything related to internet since last 2 days and effecting my work too.
Could you please escalate the issue on high priority and do the needful. Or, if you could not be able to do so, then please let me know, I can think about other options/service providers.
