Text of Complaint by Girish Chandra:

Dear Airtel,

I’am not able to use my Airtel sim for making voice calls. Every time I try to do so, my phone start to beep and the screen displays that ‘network busy’ its been 2 days since thia problem has arisen. My connection is prepaid. I have unlimited package therefore i have Ballance and the network strength are good in my area.. It is causing lots of problems. Kindly fix the issue!
