After complaining to Airtel regarding the voice and internet issues at my location through their app and on customer care they promised to rectify issue in maximum 15 days but from past 4-5 months they are just delaying things and still I have not got solution just promises and without resolving issue they close the complaint according to their wish, as Trai has made things easy to switch from 1 service provider to other here also there are so many issues, even after clearing my whole dues to Airtel still they are holding MNP for their unrealistic process, for updating email id they are asking 48 hrs which is unacceptable, I as a customer not able to call or use internet at my residence and even though I have cleared the whole payment and also for their delay why customer need to pay for those days, still one complaint is open regarding internet services, complaint no. is 31-3739164930687,
