Airtel claim it as India’s best network , but wanna ask the company if u say so than why don’t you follow also. I’m airtel user since last 8 years and as years are passing there services are becoming worst day by day . These are the very common issues that I and my friends face regularly and I bet every 2nd person is facing these problems with airtel network:
1.The internet signal shows that there is a 4G network but the speed is as less than 1g rather can say no speed
2.Network Switching is so so poor that we can’t imagine , if we are in one area and while talking we moved to another area either your call will disconnect or you will hear no voice of the other side person .
3. This has happened with me recently only , if u forgot to pay bill on time they will directly close all your internet services ,without any prior information.
So , its just a small request please work on your network and try to provide better services to your customer and please don’t claim to be India’s best network because you are not.
