i am using Airtel network on December i registered a complaint regarding network and data in my home there was a very bad network they told me that service engineer will come and attend the complaint he came and he checked and told yes sir is there is a problem here and it will be solved within 72 hours he just told and went after 72 hours I didn’t get any response from Airtel and I made a complaint again on January but at that time the cold within 72 hours and the same thing happened in February and in March I told them that your service is not good you just give me a good service and ask to pay the bill amount because I am paying simply like 700 to 1000 rupees I am not even getting a good service on what’s the use of paying them so I stop paying bill .still my problem is not solved they barred my services.
