The airtel mobile network in my area is very slow. I have raised a complaint on 16th Aug 2022 which was closed without any resolution. I raised a request again on 17th Aug 2022 but did not receive any resolution yet.
I am paying Rs.1100+ every month for the services
I paid Rs.1237.82/- for Jul 2022, Rs.1178.82/- for Jun 2022, so on.
Other service providers are able to provide a better coverage. Attached is the screenshot of speed test from airtel.
Calling 121 is of no use as they were not able to provide any resolution.
Airtel is looting the customers without providing the promised services
