had raised a query regarding the bill dispute of my postpaid no.
I have been charged for 2 months for my Netflix subscription for n my current bill without any prior notice.
I had explained my complaint to your customer care specialist and he said that he’ll get back to me once he gets any clarity on the issue.
The issue has still not been resolved and My postpaid bill is overdue.The customer care executive has advised me not to make the payment until the issue has been resolved.
The issue is still not resolved and Airtel barred my services when i didn’t pay the bill even after their customer care specialist advised me not to pay the bill.Ultimately i had to pay the escalated bill to get my services activated.But still Airtel has not come up with a reply and have automatically closed my registered complaints. I have mailed them repeatedly without getting a single reply on the real issue.
