I am using Airtel for the last 10 years. Nowadays I am facing very poor network connectivity. I have logged in around 5 / 6 Complaint from the beginning of March till today through Airtel customer care. Whenever I ask the customer care person asking me to wait for 8 working days. But my issue haven’t rectified yet. And I am trying to do MNP (Mobile Number Portability). Whenever I send message to get my MNP number the person from Airtel customer care called me & ask me to wait for 3 days,.. but that too not worked for me. And I am doing my office work from my home (WFH). because of this connectivity I am failed to complete my office work on time. So my managers / customers are not happy with my work / productivity and I’ve faced such nonsense comments from my supervisors because of Airtel. Can please advise me on filing case against Airtel. I need legal action against Airtel.
