Airtel broadband wire had been damaged from past 5 days and it has not be fixed. We have followup with Airtel like beggars. The engineer comes without informing and will never show up at a committed time and during weekends we cannot even move outside just for the sake that we don’t miss the engineer. I have paid money for service now who will refund the money for the time when the broadband was not working.
