I have purchased Airtel my wifi dongle from an Aitel Store Sholinganallur,chennai in JUNE 2020. At the same time i have purchased postpaid sim also. After 4 months means in September suddenly stopped recieving signals to the my wifi dongle. Tower image showing red mark. i called to Airtel customer care to know the service centers. They told one service center in Ongole,One in Vijaywads,Two in Chennai and they have contact numbers also. I called for all those numbers. All the service centers guys replied like “why Airtel guys gave this number. we are not associating with Airtel”. After some days the dongle not getting charged also.
