My Airtel mobile no is 9716508085.
I recharged my Airtel money on 14th of December 2020 via UPI (UPI Transaction ID is 034920588617).
Complaint regarding airtel money app. The amount of rs698 was deducted from my indian bank account (6583131605). But it shows failed in Airtel money app. I attached the screenshots of it.
Now it’s almost 2 weeks passed but money hasn’t refunded yet to my account.
Sir, now they (Airtel money care 400) ignoring my problem.
Do something pls.
