I recharged my airtel prepaid phone on May 1st & May 28th for 399(daily 1.5 GB data+100 sms+unlimited callfor 84 days validity) through airtel app and the payment done through airtel payment bank. But the service provider activated plan of RS 349/-.
i contacted their customer care executive for 4 times from 15/may/2019 to 24/may/2019 but they are not taking the complaints seriously every time they asking for 48 hours for rectification. And the executive stating that “they dont have any information available there and have to wait for 48 hours. they are not providing details.
