Hi There,

I’ve recharged the 558 plan to my prepaid number 98455….4 on 11th Feb 2020 at 3:30 PM from airtel mobile app. I got the message recharge successful and amount got debited from my account but the recharge is not yet activated to my number. Regarding this, I spoke to airtel customer care multiple times but they haven’t given correct response. The issue is with there Airtel app.

 Let me know if you require any further information. I fed up with keep calling and emailing regarding this. Kindly resolve the issue ASAP.
