Today, 1 Sep 2022, i Recharged my Airtel Mobile number Online & the Money got deducted, but still i did not receive message from Airtel & the Recharge is also not active. its now 3.40PM :
Recharged Time : 9 AM (1 Sep 2022)
No Message from Airtel till now : 3.42 PM (1 Sep 2022)
Recharge Pack : Rs 479
Bank : Money Deducted
Airtel Customer Care says : No Recharge Received as per their system.
I advice customer to be careful.
This could be a new norm that due to delay by Airtel, customers may “recharge double time” thinking previous recharge failed.
Usually bank refund immediately if their transfer to Airtel fails..
Bad Service from Airtel, may choose to port.
