Hi,
Iam using Airtel mobile number 9791557665 for past 5+ years. I have recently travelled abroad however am still recharging my number for every month since my travel (1 year back).
Till last month, my Airtel tower was available and I could receive messages. Suddenly the tower has stopped. I could see there is no tower problem as other Airtel number of my friend is working good.
My Airtel app shows validity as active, not sure what the problem is. Unable to reach customer care through email or phone.
