There is no update from your side. It is in regard to my mobile number 96504 29961
It is very hard that a customer don’t have any communication with Airtel to address the concerns.
– Nor I can call any customer care at 121.
– In Airtel app (My Airtel), there is no customised option to address the concern.
– Nor I am receiving any reply on the below email send on Apr 30, 2020.
below is the issue
1. I want to change my postpaid plan from Rs 499 per month to Rs 399 per month.
2. There is a late fee payment charge of Rs 100 which was charged in the month of February billing cycle. We are not paying this amount and do not want to make payment of Rs 100 and need the waiver for same. This is the reason we were paying the bill after reducing Rs 100. Rs 100 is showing as an outstanding amount and kindly provide the waiver for the same.
I have send repeated mails to customer care 121@in.airtel.com but there is no action from their side.
