Dear Officer
I believe Airtel has breached our agreement and terminated our prepaid service without any reason. I need a solution by restoring services as it was working before
1) Mobile service was prepaid fully for a year on October 13, 2021 19:15
2) Pack was valid for 365 days for unlimited local, STD, & Roaming calls on any network, 24GB data and 3600 SMS
3) Airtel Blocked incoming and outgoing calls starting October 27, 2021 without any notifications and in fact SIM Card was active
4) Visited Mumbai Airtel store and they advised to visit home centre to get the Airtel service fixed
5) Visited Satadhar and NavrangPura, Ahmedabad Airtel store in person
6) Met with Nidhi (999 8452 578) and Hiral to fix the problem
7) Phone was partially fixed for a few hours and later it stopped working completely
8) Received an email, discontinued Airtel services on 29-04-2022 from the Airtel store Naranpura Branch and nodal officer in Gujarat
9) Nodal Officer demanded documents verification in person in order to Sim reactivation for your Airtel mobile number 8000456100, even knowing that the registered owner is out of country
